As a globally recognized leadership expert, facilitator, speaker and award‑winning social entrepreneur, I’ve worked with organizations like Vital Voices and the International Finance Corporation to design capacity‑building programs that scale impact across communities and empowered changemakers, entrepreneurs and mission-driven teams across 30+ countries to define purpose, build resilience and transform their lives.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the spark in people - that moment when doubt gives way to possibility. Across more than 35 countries, I’ve worked with leaders, changemakers and survivors, and one truth continues to guide me: we all have the potential to live and lead with greater clarity, courage and purpose.​​​
I believe in heart-centered leadership - grounded in empathy, guided by values and committed to meaningful impact. Sometimes we just need someone to walk alongside us - to hold space, ask the right questions and reflect the bigger picture back to us.
